Allen's Seafood on the Harpwell Neck in Casco Bay is a great outdoor family seafood restaurant. You'll find 5 star service and fresh seafood doesn't get any fresher. The kids will have a ball looking at the bins of live lobsters and crabs or exploring the nearby cove. Tie up on their moorings for lunch or land at their dock. There's a town boat launch within 100 yards of Allens.

Bar Harbor, Maine
Bar Harbor on the eastern shore of Mt Desert Island is an extremely popular destination for tourists - be they from other parts of the U.S. or the world. For the boater there is great beauty from surrounding mountains and nearby Acadia National Park.

Great family place to go   Damariscove Island, Maine

Historic site   Eagle Island, Maine Admiral Peary
Eagle Island in Casco Bay, Maine is a state owned treasure that you can visit for the day between June 15 and labor day. It makes a fine family outing - both adventurous and educational. Projecting well into Casco Bay, the island is easy to reach and a perfect "pit-stop" for those simply making their way along the Maine Coast.

The island is managed by the Maine Island Trail Association and is owned by the State of Maine for public enjoyment.

Monhegan Island, Maine
A well known island located about 10 miles off Mid Coast Maine. Known for its rugged beauty, beautiful vistas and as a place where artists come for inspiration. Has a small working harbor with a few guest moorings.

Portland Head Light, Cape Elizabeth, Maine
George Washington commissioned one of the most well known Maine lighthouses. Enjoy a tour in-season.

Rangeley Lake, Maine
Rangeley Lake is 6300 acres or about 7-8 miles long and a mile wide. It is generally very deep- up to 145 feet in places.

Seal Harbor, Maine on Mt Desert Island
Seal harbor on the southern side of Mt Desert Island is a cozy harbor with some anchorage, a large public beach, supplies close by, a town landing and a private yacht club that has several guest moorings.
